    ١٢١٥ - الحَكَم أبو شَبَث (د ع) الحَكَم، أبو شَبَث بن الحَكَم. روى حديثه عبد اللَّه بن أبي بكر بن محمد بن عمرو بن حزم، عن شبث بن الحكم، عن أبيه: أنَّ رجلاً من أسلم أصيب، فرقاه النبي ﷺ. أخرجه ابن منده وأبو نعيم مختصراً. قلت: كذا رأيته مضبوطاً: شبث، بالشين، والباء الموحدة، والثاء المثلثة، وقد ذكره ابن ماكولا فقال: وأما شبيث، بضم الشين، وفتح الباء المعجمة بواحدة، وبعدها ياء معجمة باثنتين من تحتها، ثم ثاء معجمة بثلاث، فهو شبيث بن الحكم بن مينا، يروي عن أبيه، روى عنه عبد اللَّه بن أبي بكر وعبد الرحمن بن أبي الزناد.
