    ٤٥٧ - مُحَمَّدُ بنُ هُبَيْرَةَ البَغَوِيُّ (¬١) أَحَدُ الأَصْحَابِ. قَالَ: سَأَلْتُ أَحْمَدَ: أَلَيْسَ أَمْرُ رَسُوْلُ الله ﷺ ونَهْيُهُ واحد (¬٢)؟ قَالَ: نَعَمْ، إِلَّا أَنَّ نَهْيَهُ أَشدُّ. قُلْتُ لَهُ: فَفِعْلُهُ؟ قَالَ: فِعْلُهُ لَيْسَ عَلَيْكَ بِوَاجِبٍ. وذَاكَ: أَنَّه كانَ يَقُوْمُ حَتَّى تَرِمُ قَدَمَاهُ (¬٣) ويَفْعَلُ أَفْعَالًا لَا تَجِبُ عَلَيْكَ.
