    ٥٨ - أَحْمَدُ بن محمدٍ (¬١) المُزَنِيُّ (¬٢)، أَحَدُ الأصْحَابِ، قَالَ أَبُو بكرٍ الخَلَّالُ: أَخْبَرَنِي أَنَّه سَأَلَ أَبا عبدِ الله عن شَهَادَةِ القَاذِفِ (¬٣) إِذَا تَابَ؟ فَقَالَ: أُرَهَا جائِزَةً، فَقُلْتُ له تَعْتَمِدُ على حديثِ عُمَرَ في قولِهِ لأَبي بَكْرَةَ "إِنْ تُبْتُ قَبِلْتُ شَهَادَتَكَ"، فَقَالَ (¬٤): نَعَم، وقَوْلُ اللهِ أَبْيَنُ: ﴿إِلَّا الَّذِينَ تَابُوا مِنْ بَعْدِ ذَلِكَ﴾ (¬٥).
