[٩٢٧] كعبُ بنُ يسارِ بن ضِنَّةَ (¬٤) بن ربيعةَ العَبْسِيُّ (¬٥)، له صحبةٌ، وشهِد فتحَ مصرَ، وله خِطَّةٌ (¬٦) بمصرَ معروفةٌ، روَى عنه عَمَّارُ (¬٧) بنُ سعدٍ التُّجِيبيُّ، أراد عمرُو بنُ العاصي أن يَسْتعمِلَه على القضاءِ - وكان عمرُ كتبَ إليه في ذلك كتابًا (¬٨) - فأبَى (¬٩).
