[٥٦٢] حَبَّانُ (¬٤) -[بفتحِ الحاءِ] (¬٥) - بنُ مُنْقِذِ بنِ عمرٍو الأنصاريُّ المازنيُّ (¬٦)، مِن بني مازنِ بنِ النَّجَّارِ، له صحبةٌ، شهِد أُحُدًا وما بعدَها، تَزَوَّجَ أَرْوَى الصُّغرَى بنتَ ربيعةَ بنِ الحارثِ بن عبدِ المطلبِ، وهي الهاشِميَّةُ التي ذكرَها مالكٌ في "الموطأ" (¬٧)، فَوَلَدَتْ له يحيى بنَ حَبَّانَ وواسعَ بنَ حَبَّانَ، وهو جَدُّ مُحَمَّدِ بنِ يحيى بنِ حَبَّانَ شيخِ مالكٍ، وماتَ حَبَّانُ في خلافةِ عثمانَ، له ولأبيه منقذٍ صحبةٌ، [روى عنه واسعُ بنُ حبانَ] (¬٨).
