٤٩). * ٤١٧ - محمد بن الليث بن سعيد، الوَرَّاق (¬٧٨٣)، أبو سعيد، السَّرْخَسِيُّ (¬٧٨٤). روى عن: حمزة بن سعدان، وعبد الله بن جعفر بن خاقان، والفضل بن عكرمة بن طارق السَّرْخَسِيِّ، ومحمد بن مشكان، ومحمد بن نصر. روى عنه: أبو حاتم بن حِبَّان في غير "الصحيح". قال ابن الجَزَرِيِّ في "غاية النهاية في طبقات القراء" (٢/ ٢٣٤):"إمام جامعها - أي سرخس - شيخ معروف، روى الحروف عن إسحاق بن إبراهيم بن مزين، روى عنه الحروف أبو بكر النقاش، وأبو بكر بن أشتة، وكنَّاه أبا جعفر". روايته في: "الثقات" (٩/ ٨)، و"المجروحين" (١/ ٤٩، و ٥٧). *
