    ٢٢٦ - عبد الله بن محمد بن عائذ. روى عن: أحمد بن عبد الله بن حكيم الفريانانِيِّ. روى عنه: أبو حاتم بن حِبَّان في "روضة العقلاء" في موضع واحد (ص ٨٠)، وقال: كان بِهَراة. لم أقف له على ترجمة، وشيخه أحمد بن عبد الله ضعيفٌ جدًّا، قد ترجم له ابن عدي في "الكامل" (١/ ١٧٢)، والذَّهبيُّ في "تاريخ الإسلام"، والحافظ ابن حجر في "لسان الميزان"، ولم يذكروا عبد الله بن محمد بن عائذ، ضمن الرّواة عنه، ولعلَّه عبد الله بن محمد المروزيُّ، الذي ذكره الذَّهبيُّ ضمن الرواة عنه، والله أعلم. *
