١٨٠ - سُليمان بن محمد بن إسماعيل بن محمد بن عبد الرحمن بن القاسم بن يزيد بن مسَلْم بن مِشكم، أبو أيوب، الخُزَاعِيُّ (¬٣٨٩). روى عن: العبَّاس بن الوليد الخلَّال، وقاسم بن عثمان، ومحمد بن مُصفَّى، ومحمد بن الوزير، وهشام بن خالد الأزرق. روى عنه: أبو حاتم بن حِبَّان في "المجروحين" في موضع واحد برقم (١/ ٢٠٢)، وأبو أحمد عبد الله بن عَدِيّ الجُرْجَانِيُّ، وأبو بكر بن أبي دُجَانَة، وأبو بكر محمد بن إبراهيم المقري، وأبو زُرعة بن أبي دُجَانَة. قال أبو أحمد الحاكم كما في "تاريخ دمشق" (٢٢/ ٣٦١): "فيه نظرٌ". *
