١٧٦ - سعيد بن داود بن وردان، المِصْرِيُّ. ذكره ياقوت الحمويُّ في "معجم البلدان" (بُست) ضمن تلامذة ابن حِبَّان، ولم أقف له على ذكر في أيِّ من كتب ابن حِبَّان، ولم أقف على من يسمى بسعيد بن داود بن وردان في أيِّ من كتب التراجم، ويترجح لدي أنه إسماعيل بن داود بن وردان المِصريّ، وتحريف (إسماعيل) إلى (سعيد) أمرٌ واردٌ، والله أعلم.*
