    ١٧٤ - سعد بن الحسن بن سُفْيَان، الشَّيْبَانيُّ (¬٣٨٠). روى عن: ابن الجُنيد. روى عنه: أبو حاتم بن حِبَّان في "المجروحين" في موضع واحد برقم (٢/ ٩١) ط. الوعيّ، و (٢/ ٦٣) ط. السّلفيّ. (قلتُ): روى ابن حِبَّان عن أبيه الحسن بن سُفْيَان، ولم أقف على راو اسمه "سعد بن الحسن بن سفيان"، بل وقفت على ابنه وهو "إسحاق بن سعد بن الحسن"، وهو ثقةٌ، وذكروا في ترجمته أنه روي عن جَدِّه "الحسن بن سفيان"، فلو كان أباه مُحَدِّثًا لروي عنه، وكذلك لم يذكروا في ترجمة "الحسن بن سفيان" أنه روى عنه ابنه، ويبعُد أن يقال إنَّ هناك خطأ في النَّسْخ، إذ أنّ وجود الابن والأب دليل قاطع على وجود الراوي، وغاية ما في الأمر أن أقول: لم أقف له على ترجمة، والله أعلم بالصّواب.
