    ٤٠ - أحمد بن العباس بن حمزة، النيسابوريُّ (¬١٤٢)، الواعِظ (¬١٤٣). روى عن: أبي أمية بكر بن محمد بن فرقد البَصْريِّ، والحسن بن محمد الزَّعفرانِيِّ، ورجاء بن سهل الصَّغَانِيِّ البَغْدَادِيِّ، وعلي بن الحسن الأفطس. روى عنه: أبو حاتم بن حِبَّان في "الثقات" في موضعين برقم (٨/ ١٥٠، و ٢٤٦)، ومحمد بن يزيد، وأبو عبد الله بن دينار. وصفه الذَّهبيُّ في "تاريخ الإسلام" (أحداث ٣١٠)، بالواعظ. * توفي في صفر سنة عشرة وثلاثمائة. [*] أحمد بن عبد الله الدَّارميُّ الأنطاكيُّ = أحمد بن عبيد الله. يأتي تصحَّف في "المجروحين" ط. السلفي (٢/ ٣١٥). *
