صالح الجزائري (١٢٤٠ - ١٢٨٥ هـ) (١٨٢٥ - ١٨٦٨ م) صالح بن احمد بن موسى بن ابي القاسم المغربي، السمعوني، المالكي، الخلوتي، نزيل دمشق. عالم، اديب. ولد في جزيرة وغليس من اعمال الجزائر الغربية، ونشأ بها وأخذ عن علمائها، وهاجر الى دمشق، فاستوطنها، وأخذ عن علمائها، وتوفي بدمشق لثلاث بقين من جمادى الآخرة، ودفن بمقبرة الباب الصغير. من آثاره: تاريخ على طريق الرمز والاشارة وصل فيه الى ذكر ولاية رشدي باشا الشرواني على الشام، منظومة في الفقه وله عليها شرح وحاشية، رسالة في اختلاف المذاهب، ورسائل في علم الميقات.
