    ٣٦٤٠- أبو الحسن الهكّاري [٤] : والهكارية جبال فوق الوصل، فيها قرى، ابتنى أربطة وقدم [إلى] [٥] بغداد فنزل في رباط الزوزني، وسمع الحديث من أبي القاسم بن بشران، وأبي بكر الخياط، وغيرهما. وكان صالحا من أهل السنة كثير التعبد، وحدث فسمع منه أبو المظفر ابن التريكى الخطيب [٦] ، وكان يقول: رأيت رسول الله ﷺ في المنام في المدرسة في الروضة فقلت: يا رسول الله، أوصني. فقال: «عليك باعتقاد مذهب أحمد بن حنبل، ومذهب الشافعي/، وإياك ومجالسة أهل البدع» توفي في محرم هذه السنة، وورد ٤/ أالخبر بذلك إلى بغداد.

    ٢٠٥٨ - [أبو الحسن الهكاري] (٣) أبو الحسن علي بن أحمد الهكّاري الأموي، من ذرية عتبة بن أبي سفيان بن حرب، شيخ الإسلام. كان صالحا زاهدا ربانيا، ذا وقار وهيبة، وأتباع ومريدين. رحل في الحديث، وسمع من أبي عبد الله الفراء، وأبي القاسم بن بشران، وطائفة. وتوفي سنة ست وثمانين وأربع مائة.
