    أبو مريم الأزدي، ويقال: الأسدي أيضا، حضرمي، له صحبة. روى عن: النبي ﵌ أنه سمعه يقول: من ولاه الله من أمر المسلمين فاحتجب الحديث، وقدم على معاوية فحدثه. وعنه: ابن عمه أبو الشماخ الأزدي، والقاسم بن مخيمرة، وأبو المعطل مولى بني كلاب. قال ابن جوصاء، عن ابن سميع: أبو مريم الأزدي السكوني -قال ابن جوصاء: هو القادم على معاوية- وهم ثلاثة بالشام: هذا، وأبو مريم الكندي، روى عنه حجر بن مالك، وأبو مريم الغساني جد أبي بكر بن أبي مريم. وروى عنه: علي بن الحكم البناني، عن أبي الحسن الجزري، عن عمرو بن مرة أنه قال لمعاوية نحو ذلك الحديث، وقد فرق ابن سميع بين أبي مريم الأزدي وبين عمرو بن مرة. • خ ت -
