    المنذر بن سعيد، قيل: إنه اسم أبي حميد الساعدي. • بخ س - المنذر بن عائذ بن المنذر بن الحارث بن النعمان بن زياد بن عصر العصري، أشج عبد القيس، كان سيد قومه. وفد على النبي ﵌ فقال له: إن فيك لخصلتين يحبهما الله تعالى، الحديث. روى عنه: عبد الرحمن بن أبي بكرة الثقفي، وأبو المنازل المثنى بن ماوي العبدي. قلت: قال ابن سعد: اختلف علينا في اسم الأشج فقيل: المنذر بن عائذ، وقيل: عائذ بن المنذر، وقيل: عبد الله بن عون. قال: ولما أسلم رجع إلى البحرين معقومه ثم نزل البصرة بعد ذلك. • سي -
