غضيف بن أبي سفيان الطائفي الثقفي، وقيل: غطيف. روى عن: يعقوب ونافع ابني عاصم، وعمر بن أوس. وعنه: سعيد بن السائب، وعمرو بن وهب الطائفيان. قال ابن حبان في الثقات: غطيف بن أبي سفيان الثقفي روى عن ابن عمر، وعنه سعيد بن السائب. قلت: بقية كلام ابن حبان قال: مات سنة ثمان وأربعين ومائة. وكذا أرخه خليفة، وابن سعد. وذكره ابن منده في معرفة الصحابة. وقال ابن أبي حاتم في المراسيل، عن أبيه: هو تابعي. • غضيف، ويقال: غطيف، ويقال: أبو غطيف، يأتي في الكنى. • ت -
