عبد الرحمن بن عبيد الله بن عبد العزيز بن الفضل بن صالح بن علي بن عبد الله بن عباس، أبو محمد، ويقال: أبو القاسم، ابن أخي الإمام الحلبي المعدل. روى عن: إبراهيم بن سعيد الجوهري، وأحمد بن حرب الموصلي، وبركة بن محمد الحلبي، وحاجب بن سليمان المنبجي، وعبدة بن عبد الرحيم المروزي، وأبي داود الحراني، وجماعة. وعنه: أبو بكر بن أبي دجانة الدمشقي، وأبو أحمد بن عدي، وأبو بكر بن المقرئ، وعلي بن الحسين بن بندار، وأبو الحسن الحلبي القاضي، وعلي بن عمرو بن سهل الحريري، وغيرهم. ذكره الحافظ أبو القاسم علي بن محمد بن إسحاقفي «تاريخ دمشق»، وقال: قدم دمشق سنة (٣٠٢)، وحدث بها. ذكر هو والذي بعده للتمييز. • تمييز -
