عبد الله بن يزيد النخعي الكوفي، وليس بالصهباني. روى عن: أبي زرعة بن عمرو بن جرير. وعنه: شعبة. روى له مسلم والنسائي حديثا واحدا في كراهيةالشكال من الخيل. قلت: حكى المؤلف في ترجمة الذي بعده عن الخطيب بإسناده له أن شعبة كان يقول في هذا الحديث: حدثنا عبد الله بن يزيد، وليس بالصهباني. قال المؤلف: وقال عبد الله بن أحمد، عن أبيه: شعبة يخطئ في هذا؛ يقول: عبد الله بن يزيد، وإنما هو سلم بن عبد الرحمن النخعي. • تمييز -
