    حنين والد عبد الله، مولى ابن عباس. عن: علي في النهي عن لباس القسي وغيره. وعنه: نافع. وقيل: عن نافع، عن عبد الله بن حنين، عن علي. وقيل: عنه، عن إبراهيم بن عبد الله بن حنين، عن أبيه، عن علي، وهو المحفوظ، رواه النسائي على الاختلاف. قلت: وحنين له صحبة. قال البخاري في التاريخ الكبير: كان يخدم النبي ﵌، وهبه بعد لعمه العباس، فاعتقه. وكذا قال أبو حاتم الرازي، وأبو حاتم بن حبان، وغيرهما. وكان ينبغي للمؤلف أن ينبه على كونه صحابيا إلا أنني أظنه تبع ابن حبان، فإنه غفل فذكره في التابعين من الثقات، وقد ذكرت ترجمته في معرفة الصحابة. • ق -
