الحسين بن الجنيد بن أبي جعفر البغدادي، أبو علي البزاز بلخي الأصل. روى عن: عيسى بن يونس، وأبي معاوية، وشعيب بن حرب، ومنصور بن عمار، ووكيع، وغيرهم. وعنه: ابن أبي الدنيا، وسعيد بن محمد أخو زبير، والبجيري، وموسى بن هارون وكناه، وعبد الله بن إسحاق المدائني، والقاسم بن زكريا المطرز، ومحمد بن عبد الله بن غيلان الخزاز. قال ابن قانع: مات سنة (٢٤٧)، وقد خلط بعضهم الترجمتين، والصواب التفرقة. قلت: هذا بفتح الحاء والسين، وقد روى عنه ابن خزيمة في صحيحه، ونسبه بغداديا. روى له أبو عوانة. • د س -
