    ٩٦٦٣ - ت: أبو الرحال (¬٣) الأنصاري البصري. اسمه محمد بن خالد وقيل: خالد بن محمد. روى عن: أنس، وأبي رجاء العطاردي، وبكر بن عبد الله المزني، والنضر بن أنس، والحسن البصري، وبشير بن يسار. وعنه: يحيى بن سعيد القطان، وحرمي بن عمارة، وأبو قتيبة، وعمر بن عبيد الطنافسي، ويزيد بن بيان العقيلي، ومكي بن إبراهيم، وأبو نعيم، وغيرهم. قال أبو حاتم (¬٤): ليس بقوي منكر الحديث وقال البخاري: عنده عجائب. قلت: وقال ابن عدي (¬٥): ما أعلم له عن الحسن إلا قوله: "ما أكرم شاب شيخًا" الحديث.
