    ٩٤٩٥ - مدت: أبو حاتم المزني حجازي مختلف في صحبته. روى عن: النبي ﷺ: "إذا جاءكم من ترضون دينه فانكحوه". وعنه: سعيد، ومحمد ابنا عببد. قال ابن أبي حاتم (¬١): سمعت أبا زرعة يقول لا أعلم لأبي حاتم غير هذا الحديث ولا أعرف له صحبة وقال الترمذي: له صحبة ولا يعرف له غير هذا الحديث وأورد أبو داود حديثه في المراسيل. قلت: سماه ابن قانع عقيل بن مقرن، وجزم ابن القطان بأن لا صحبة له، وجماعة وأثبت صحبته ابن حبان وابن السكن (¬٢). من كنيته: أبو حاجب وأبو الحارث ٩٤٩٦ - ٤: أبو حاجب العنزي هو سوادة بن عاصم البصري. تقدم.
