    ٨٤١٥ - س: نعيم بن دجاجة الأسدي. كوفي. روى عن: عمر، وعلي، وأبي مسعود. روى عنه: المنهال بن عمر، والأسدي، ويحيى بن هانئ المرادي، وأبو حصين الأسدي ذكره ابن حبان (¬٢) في الثقات. روى له النسائي حديثًا واحدًا من رواية شعبة عن يحيى بن هانئ قال: سمعت نعيم بن دجاجة يقول: سمعت عمر بن الخطاب بعد وفاة رسول الله ﷺ يقول: لا هجرة بعد النبي ﷺ. قلت: فمقتضى هذا أن يكون قد أدرك النبي ﷺ وهو على شرط من صنف في الصحابة كابن عبد البر فإنهم يذكرون كل من كان على عهد أبى بكر وعمر رجلًا وإن لم يثبت أنه رأى النبي ﷺ أو أسلم في زمنه. وقد ذكر ابن سعد (¬٣)، ومسلم بن الحجاج نعيمًا هذا في الطبقة الأولى من الكوفيين.
