٧٩٣٠ - س: معاذ بن الحارث بن رفاعة بن الحارث بن [سواد] (¬٥) بن مالك بن غنم بن مالك بن النجار المعروف بابن عفراء (¬٦) وهي أمه. شهد بدرًا وما بعدها، ويقال: إنه جرح يوم بدر ومات من جراحته. وقيل: عاش إلى زمان عثمان، وقيل: إلى زمن علي، وهو معدود في السبعة الذين يروى أنهم أول من لقي رسول الله ﷺ من الأنصار. وروى له النسائي حديثًا من رواية نصر بن عبد الرحمن القرشي، وفي إسناده اختلاف مذكور في ترجمة نصر. قلت: وقال العسكري: مات في أيام علي قبل الأربعين. وقال ابن حبان (¬٧) في الصحابة: قتل بالحرة سنة ثلاث وستين، وقيل: قتل مع علي.
