    ٧٩٠٠ - قدت: مطر بن عكامس (¬٨) السلمي. له صحبة. يعد في الكوفيين. روى عن: النبي ﷺ حديث: "إذا قضى الله تعالى لعبد أن يموت بأرض جعل الله تعالى له إليها حاجة". وعنه: أبو إسحاق السبيعي. قال عثمان الدارمي (¬٩): سألت ابن معين هل أله صحبة؟ قال: لا. وعن عبد الله بن أحمد سألت أبي عنه له صحبة؟ قال: لا يعرف له صحبة. قلت له: رواية؟ قال: لا ندري. وقال أبو بكر البرديجي في المراسيل: لم يرو عنه غير أبي إسحاق، لا يصح له صحبة. قال أبو أحمد العسكري: قال بعضهم: ليست له صحبة، وأكثرهم في المسند. وقال الطبراني اختلف في صحبته. وقال ابن حبان (¬١٠): له صحبة.
