٧٧٦٦ - تمييز: مزاحم بن زفر التيمي أبو خزيمة الكوفي من تيم الرباب، قيل: اسم جده مزاحم، وقيل: علاج بن مالك بن الحارث بن عامر بن جابر. روى عن: فطر بن خليفة، وجرير بن حازم، وأيوب بن خوط، والثوري، وشعبة، والعلاء بن زيد. وعنه: أخوه عثمان بن زفر، وأبو مسهر، وعبد الله بن يوسف التنيسي، وأبو الربيع الزهراني، وغيرهم. وكان ثبتًا شريفًا ذكره ابن حبان (¬٨) في الثقات.
