٧٧٥٨ - تمييز: مروان بن محمد السنجاري. شيخ. روى عن: مالك عن نافع عن ابن عمر مرفوعًا "داوموا على الصلوات الخمس، فإن الله تعالى افترضهن عليكم، فلا تتركوا الصلاة استخفافًا بها ولا جحودًا". وذكر الحديث بطوله. قال الدارقطني: ذاهب الحديث. وذكره ابن حبان (¬٧) في الضعفاء فيما نقله عنه النباتي، ثم ذكره في الثقات (¬٨) وقال: مستقيم الحديث، فكأنه غفل عنه. ثم ظهر لي أن الجناية (¬٩) ملحقة بالراوي عنه إسحاق بن عبد الصمد بن خالد بن يزيد الفارسي، فقد صرح الدارقطني في غرائب مالك بأنه هو الذي وضع هذا الحديث.
