٧٤٥٠ - د س: محمد بن معن بن نضلة بن عمرو الغفاري جد الذي قبله أبو معن مشهور بكنيته. روى عن: أبيه، وزهرة بن معبد.روى عنه: ابن المبارك، وابنه معن بن محمد، وحفيده محمد بن معن. ذكره ابن حبان (¬١) في الثقات. روى له النسائي حديثًا واحدًا، وقد ذكرناه في الكنى ووهم المصنف فترجم لعبد الواحد بن أبي موسى وقد بينا ذلك في الكنى كما سيأتي.
