٧٠٨٧ - د: محمد بن عباد بن عبد الله بن الزبير المقرشي الأسدي. روى عن: أبيه، وجده، وجدة أبيه أسماء بنت أبي بكر. روى عنه: ابن عمه خبيب بن ثابت بن عبد الله، وفليح بن سليمان، وابن المبارك، وإسماعيل بن رافع المدني، والزبير بن الخريت. قال الزبير:كان شيخ بني عباد وأسنهم وكان له قدر وشرف. روى أبو داود حديث فليح عن محمد بن عبد الله بن عباد، وصالح بن عجلان كلاهما، عن عباد بن عبد الله، عن عائشة: "ما صلى على سهيل بن بيضاء إلّا في المسجد". فقيل: إنه محمد بن عباد بن عبد الله هذا وهو الأشبه بالصواب.
