٧٠٦٧ - د س: محمد بن طحلاء (¬٩) المدني مولى غطفان ويقال: مولى بني ليث. وقال ابنحبان (¬١): يكنى أبا صالح. وقال غيره: أبو صالح كنية طحلاء. روى عن: عثمان بن عبد الرحمن التيمي، ومحصن بن علي الفهري، وأبي سلمة بن عبد الرحمن، وسالم وعبد الله ابني عبد الله بن عمر، والأعرج. روى عنه: ابناه يعقوب ويحيى، وموسى بن عبيدة الربذي، ومحمد بن جعفر بن أبي كثير، والدراوردي. قال أبو حاتم (¬٢): ليس به بأس. وذكره ابن حبان (¬٣) في الثقات. له عند (د) حديث أبي هريرة: "في من أحسن الوضوء ولم يدرك الجماعة".
