٧٠٣٥ - ت س: محمد بن شجاع المروذي (¬١) الباكندي أبو عبد الله نزيل بغداد. روى عن: ابن علية، وابن عيينة، والمحاربي، وهشيم، والقاسم بن مالك المزني، ووكيع، وأبي معاوية، وأبي عبيدة الحداد. روى عنه: الترمذي، والنسائي، وابن ناجية، وموسى بن هارون، ويعقوب بن سفيان، وإسحاق بن بيان (¬٢) الأنماطي، ومحمد بن إسحاق السراج، وأبو حامد محمد بن هارون الحضرمي. قال ابن عقدة: سمعت محمد بن أحمد بن أبي خيثمة قال: كان من الثقات. وذكره ابن حبان (¬٣) في الثقات. وقال: هو والسراج ماتا سنة أربع وأربعين ومائتين. وقال ابن قانع: مات سنة سبع. قال الخطيب (¬٤): والأول أصح.
