٧٠٠٦ - ق: محمد بن سليمان بن أبي ضمرة القاص السلمي وقيل النصري (¬٦) أبو ضمرة الحمصي. روى عن: أبيه، وعبد الله بن أبي قيس الشامي، ومحمد بن عبد الرحمن بن عرق، وداود بن علي بن عبد الله بن عباس، وراشد بن سعد المقرائي. روى عنه: ابنه أبو القاسم نصر، والليث بن سعد، وسعيد بن عبد الجبار الزبيدي، وعثمان بن سعيد بن كثير بن دينار، ويحيى بن صالح الوحاظي. قال أبو حاتم (¬٧): حدثنا عنه الوحاظي بأحاديث مستقيمة. وذكره ابن حبان (¬٨) في الثقات وقال: هو الذي يقال له: محمد بن أبي جميلة. روى له ابن ماجه حديث ابن عمر في الطواف.
