٦٨٤٩ - د: محمد بن الحسن بن تسنيم (¬٢) الأزدي العتكي التسنيمي أبو عبد الله البصري نزيل الكوفة. وقد ينسب إلى جده. روى عن: روح بن عبادة، وحجاج الأعور، ومحمد بن بكر البرساني، وعبد الله بن داود الخريبي، والحسين بن حفص، وأبي عاصم، وغيرهم. روى عنه: أبو داود، وأبو بكر بن خزيمة، وعبد الله بن زيد البجلي، وأبو بكر أحمد بن محمد بن صدقة البغدادي، وعبدان بن أحمد الأهوازي، ومحمد بن الحسين بن مكرم، وأبو عبيد الله محمد بن عبدة بن حرب القاضي، وغيرهم. قال ابن خزيمة: كوفي ثبت. وذكره ابن حبان (¬٣) في الثقات وقال: مستقيم الحديث. عداده في الكوفيين يغرب. قال إبراهيم بن محمد الكندي: مات في رجب سنة ست وخمسين ومائتين.
