٦٥٧١ - ٤: قيس بن أبي غرزة (¬٩) الغفاري ويقال: الجهني ويقال: البجلي. له صحبة نزل الكوفة. روى عن: النبي ﷺ حديث: "إن هذا البيع يحضره اللغو والحلف" الحديث. وعنه: أبو وائل شقيق بن سلمة. قلت: ذكر مسلم والأوزاعي إنه تفرد بالرواية عنه وقال ابن عبد البر روى عنه الحكم ولا أدري سمع منه أم لا انتهى وروايته عنه مرسلة بلا شك وإنما أوردته للفائدة.
