٦٤٩٣ - س ق: قتادة بن الفضيل بن قتادة بن عبد الله بن قتادة بن عياش الحرشي (¬٤) أبو حميد الرهاوي. روى عن: أبيه، وسليمان الأعمش، وثور بن يزيد الحمصي، وهشام بن الغاز الجرشي، وأبي حاضر بن عبد الملك بن عبد ربه، وإبراهيم بن أبي عبلة، وغيرهم. وعنه: إبراهيم بن موسى الرازي، وعلي بن بحر بن بري، وأحمد بن عبد الملك بن واقد الحراني، والزبير بن محمد بن الزبير الرهاوي، وأحمد بن سليمان الرهاوي، وجماعة. قال أبو حاتم (¬٥): شيخ وذكره ابن حبان (¬٦) في الثقات وقال أبو عروبة يكنى أبا حميد. مات سنة مائتين. روى له النسائي حديث أبي صالح عن أبي هريرة كنا مع النبي ﷺ في غزاة الحديث.
