٥٩٧٩ - خ س: عمرو بن عيسى الضبعي (¬١٤) أبو عثمان البصرى الأدمي. روى عن: محمد بن سواء، وعبد الأعلى بن عبد الأعلى، وعبد العزيز العمي، وأبي بحر البكراوي، وأبي عاصم، وأبي نعيم، وأحمد بن يونس. روى عنه: البخاري وروى النسائي بواسطة زكرياء السجزي عنه وابنه محمد بن عمرو بن عيسى، وعبدان الأهوازي، وعمر بن محمد البحتري، وأبو بكر بن أبي عاصم، وجعفر بن الساجي، وأبو عمرو، يوسف بن يعقوب النيسابوري، وأحمد بن يحيى بن زهير التستري، ومحمد بن يحيى بن مندة الأصبهاني. ذكره ابن حبان (¬١٥) في الثقات وقال مستقيم الحديث. قلت: وفي الزهرة روى عنه (خ) ثلاثة أحاديث.
