٥٦٣٥ - د ق: علي بن يزيد بن ركانة (¬٥) بن عبد يزيد المطلبي. روى عن: أبيه وأرسل عن جده. ووى عنه: ابناه عبد الله ومحمد. قال البخاري (¬٦): لم يصح حديثه وذكره ابن حبان (¬٧) في الثقات روى له أبو داود وابن ماجه وروى الترمذي عن عبد الله بن يزيد بن ركانة عن أبيه عن جده فسقط عنده علي من نسب ابنه والصواب إثباته. قلت: ذكره العقيلي في الضعفاء (¬٨) ووقع عنده علي بن يزيد بن ركانة وكذا عند ابن عدي (¬٩) وقال: لا أعرف غيره يعني حديث طلاق ركانة.
