٥٤٦١ - عقيل بن مدرك السلمي (¬٣) ويقال: الخولاني أبو الأزهر الشامي. روى عن: لقمان بن عامر الوصابي، وأبي الزاهرية، والوليد بن عامر اليزني، وغيرهم وأرسل عن أبي عبد الله الصنابحي. روى عنه: صفوان بن عمرو، وإسماعيل بن عياش، وبقية بن الوليد. وذكره ابن حبان (¬٤) في الثقات. روى له أبو داود حديثًا واحدًا.
