٥٠٤٤ - ع: عبيد الله بن عبد الله بن أبي ثور القرشي مولى بني نوفل المدني. روى عن: ابن عباس، وصفية بنت شيبة. وعنه: الزهري، ومحمد بن جعفر بن الزبير، ذكره مسلمة في الطبقة الثالثة من أهل المدينة. وذكره ابن حبان (¬١) في الثقات. وقال البخاري (¬٢): قال مصعب: كان أبو ثور من بني الغوث بن مر (¬٣) بن أد وعداده في بني نوفل. قلت: ذكر الخطيب في المكمل أنه لم يرو عن غير ابن عباس، ولم يرو عنه غير الزهري.
