٥٠١٦ - س ق: عبيد الله بن خليفة أبو الغريف (¬١) الهمداني المرادي الكوفي. عن: علي، والحسن بن علي، وصفوان بن عسال. وعنه: أبو روق عطية بن الحارث، وعامر بن السمط، والأعمش. قال أبو حاتم (¬٢): كان على شرطة علي وليس بالمشهور، قيل له: هو أحب إليك أو الحارث الأعور؟ قال: الحارث أشهر وهذا شيخ قد تكلموا فيه من نظراء أصبغ بن نباتة. له عندهما حديث في مسح الخف، وغيره، وتقدم له آخر في ترجمة عامر بن السمط، وذكره ابن حبان (¬٣) في الثقات. قلت: وقال: ويقال عبد الله. وقال ابن سعد (¬٤): كان قليل الحديث. وقال العجلي: كوفي. وذكره ابن البرقى فيمن احتملت روايته وقد تكلم فيه.
