    ٤٨٦٢ - ت: عبد الكريم بن محمد الجِرْجَانِيُّ أبو محمد ويقال: أبو سهل قاضي جرجان. روى عن: قيس بن الربيع، وأبي حنيفة، وعبد الرحمن بن سليمان بن الغسيل، وزهير بن معاوية، والمسعودي، وابن جريج، وغيرهم. وعنه: ابن عيينة، وأبو يوسف القاضي وهما أكبرمنه، ومحمد بن إدريس الشافعي، وغسان بن يحيى النسائي، ومهران بن عمران، وهشام بن عبيد الله الرازيان، وقتيبة بن سعيد، وغيرهم. وقال: لم أر مرجئًا خيرًا منه كان على القضاء بجرجان فترك القضاء وهرب إلى مكة ومات بها في نيف سبعين ومائة. ذكر ذلك ابن حبان (¬١) في الثقات: عن قتيبة له عنده حديث في الوضوء قبل الطعام وبعده.
