٤٨٤٥ - د: عبد الغني بن رفاعة بن عبد الملك اللَّخْمِيُّ أبو جعفر بن أبي عقيل المِصْرِيُّ. رأى الليث. وحكى عنه. وروى عن: مفضل بن فضالة، وبكر بن مضر، وابن عيينة، و [يَغْثَم] (¬٥) بن سالم بن قنبر، وغيرهم. وعنه: أبو داود، وإبراهيم بن متوية الأصبهاني، وأبو بكر بن أبي داود، وعلي بن أحمد علان، وأبو جعفر الطحاوي، وغيرهم. قال ابن يونس: ولد سنة (١٦٣) ومات في ربيع الآخر سنة خمس وخمسين ومائتين (¬٦). قلت: وقال ابن يونس: كان فقيهًا فرضيًا ثقة.
