    ٤٧٨٨ - ٤: عبد العزيز بن جريج الْمَكِيُّ مولى قريش. روى عن: عائشة، وعن أم [حميد] (¬٨) عنها، وعن ابن عباس، وابن أبي مليكة، وسعيد بن جبير، وعبد الله بن أبي خالد. وعنه: ابنه عبد الملك، وخصيف. قال البخاري (¬٩): لا يتابع في حديثه (¬١٠). وذكره ابن حبان (¬١١) في الثقات وقال: لم يسمع من عائشة. قلت: وكذا قال العجلي (¬١٢): لكن في مسند أحمد وغيره التصريح بسماعه منها من رواية خصيف عنه. وقال البرقاني عن الدارقطني: مجهول قيل له: هو والد عبد الملك قال: إن كان هو فلم يسمع من عائشة يترك هذا الحديث. وقال العقيلي: لا يتابع على حديثه.
