    ٤٤٤٢ - م: عبد الرحمن بن بكر بن الربيع بن مسلم الجُمَحِيُّ الْبَصَرِيُّ. روى عن: أبيه، وجده، وسهل بن قرين، ومحمد بن حمران القسي، وأبي المغيرة النضر بن إسماعيل. روى عنه: مسلم حديثًا في الرفع قبل الإمام، وأبو حاتم، وأبو زرعة، وعثمان بن خرزاذ، وتمتام، ومعاذ أبو المثني، وأبو خليفة، وغيرهم. قال أبو حاتم (¬٥): محله الصدق يحدث عن جده أحاديث صحاحًا وقال أبو القاسم البغوي: مات سنة ثلاثين ومائتين. قلت: وذكره ابن حبان (¬٦) في الثقات.
