٤١٥١ - ت: عبد الله بن محمد بن الحجاج بن أبي عثمان الصواف أبو يحيى الْبَصْرِيُّ وقد ينسب إلى جده. روى عن: معاذ بن هشام، وأبي عامر العقدي، وعبد الوهاب الثقفي، وأبي معمر، وغيرهم. وعنه: الترمذي وزكرياء الساجي وعمر بن محمد بن بحير، وابن خزيمة، وموسى بن هارون، وأبو حامد الحضرمي، ويحيى بن صاعد. قال ابن أبي عاصم: مات سنة خمس وخمسين ومائتين (¬٣) روى عنه: الترمذي حديث أسماء بنت يزيد: كان كم رسول الله ﷺ إلى الرسغ. وقال حسن غريب: قال المؤلف: ما أظنه روى عنه غيره. قلت. وروى عنه: البزار وقال: هو ختن معاذ بن هشام.
