    ٣٩٨٨ - بخ: عبد الله بن عبد الرحمن البصري المعروف بالرومي. روى عن: أبي هريرة، وابن عمر، وأنس. وعنه: ابنه عمر، وحماد بن زيد. ذكره ابن حبان (¬٦) في الثقات وقال: أصله من خراسان مات هو وبديل بن ميسرة في يوم واحد سنة (١٣٥) له عنده حديث موقوف في الدعاء. قلت: ذكره ابن حبان (¬٧) في موضع آخر من الثقات فقال: عداده في البصريين. روى عن: عبد الله بن مغفل وغيره مات قبل أيوب السختياني وقد: روى عنه: عبيدة بن أبي رائطة.
