    ٣٩٤٠ - م س: عبد الله بن طلحة الخزاعي. روى عن: أبي يزيد المدني. روى عنه: هشيم. قال البخاري في كتاب الطلاق: وقال ابن عباس: "طلاق السكران والمكره ليس بجائز". وهذا وصله ابن أبي شيبة وسعيد بن منصور جميعًا عن هشيم عن عبد الله بن طلحة الخزاعي، عن أبي يزيد المدني، عن عكرمة، عن ابن عباس قال: "ليس لسكران ولا لمضطهد طلاق". وذكره البخاري (¬١) في التاريخ فلم يزد التعريف على ما في هذا الأثر، وكذلك صنع ابن أبي حاتم بل لم يذكر من روى عنه وذكره ابن حبان (¬٢) في الثقات ولم يزد في ترجمته على ما ذكر البخاري.
