٣٩٢٦ - م: عبد الله بن شهاب الخولاني أبو الجزل (¬٨) الكوفي. روى عن: عمر، وعائشة. وعنه: شبيب بن غرقدة، والشعبي وخيثمة بن عبد الرحمن. روى له: مسلم حديث عائشة في حك المني من الثوب، وما له عنده غيره. قلت: جرى ذكره في أثر علقه البخاري عن عمر في الخلع ووصله ابن أبي شيبة من طريق خيثمة بن عبد الرحمن عن عبد الله بن شهاب الخولاني، قال: شهدت عمر أتى في خلع كان بين رجل وامرأة فأجازه. وقال البخاري (¬٩) في التاريخ: عبد الله بن شهاب أبو الجزل سمع عمر. وذكره ابن سعد (¬١٠) في الطبقة الأولى من تابعي أهل الكوفة، ووثقه ابن خلفون.
