    ٣٧٧٢ - س ق: عبد الله بن أبي الجعد الأشجعي الغطفاني. روى عن: ثوبان وجعيل الأشجعي. وعنه: ابن ابن أخيه رافع بن سلمة بن زياد بن أبي الجعد، وقيل: عن رافع بن سلمة، عن أبيه، عنه، وعبد الله بن عيسى بن عبد الرحمن بن أبي ليلى. ذكره ابن حبان (¬٣) في الثقات. روى له: النسائي حديثين عند ابن ماجه أحدهما وهو "أن العبد ليحرم الرزق بالذنب". وقال: ابن القطان إنه مجهول الحال.
