٣٧٢٩ - ق: عبد الله بن إسحاق بن محمد الناقد أبو جعفر الواسطي، ويقال البغدادي. روى عن: يحيى بن إسحاق السيلحيني، وأبي عاصم، ويزيد بن هارون، وروح بن عبادة. وعنه: ابن ماجه، وأسلم بن سهل الواسطي، وبكر بن أحمد بن مقبل، وأبو بكر بن أبي داود، ومحمد بن جرير الطبري، ومحمد بن عمر بن يوسف النسائي. ذكره ابن حبان (¬٣) في الثقات وقال: بغدادي. قلت وأرخ وفاته بعد سنة (٢٠٠).
